Training sessions are led by our certified personal trainers in a one-on-one training environment that will focus on your fitness regime and nutrition.
We will empower you to achieve the best results through the use of movement based training tools such kettlebells, ropes, and barbells.

Having a program to follow is similar to having a roadmap to reach a certain destination, without a map or a program in our scenario, it is unlikely that one will reach his or her goal.

Evolve Fitness Nashville is proud to offer unlimited day per week group training programs for members.
Each class you attend is programmed and designed to help you reach your goals. Our speciality is kettlebell training and our strength and endurance classes last approximately 45 minutes, beginning with a joint by joint mobility warm up, followed by a workout, and ending with a cool down and stretch
